Q: How much do you charge for designing a web site?
A:The cost of your web site is based on a couple of factors. These factors include how many pages you are going to have, if your going to be selling on your website, the graphic work involved, and third party intergrations (i.e. blogs, myspace, online store software).

Q: Do I need to send a deposit for the work?
A: Yes, we generally ask for a 50% deposit from clients.

Q: How long does it take to have a web site designed?
A: The timescale of a website design project is often dictated by the client. If you have a deadline in mind, we will endeavour to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation and completion of a new website is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client.

Q: What is the design process?

1.Gather your requirements.
2. Check domain name availability and purchase it.
3.Determine and purchase the right hosting package for your project and then based on your guidance, design an initial web page for you.
4. This is then refined/changed in consultation with the client until a satisfactory design has been reached.
5. You will then need to forward content and images for your site and we will start to design the website for you.

Q: Do I need to hire a "local" web site designer?
A: UMIDesign creates web sites for clients who are local as well as out of state. By using the Internet, email and the telephone, it is possible to communicate effectively with clients in any location.

Q:What is site maintenance?
A: Site maintenance is a fee paid monthly to keep your site updated with new content that you provide. Fresh content is what keeps your visitors coming back. This is an optional services that we provide for our customers.



	Q:What after design support do you offer? A: After the completion of a website project, we are available for after sales service. Any slight tweaks or amendments are carried out to the site free of charge in the first week. Any support thereafter will be charged at an hourly rate of $50 or per project request fee.
